A Place to Heal, Grow, and Move Forward

Serving clients throughout Southern Utah and across Utah through secure telehealth sessions.

Life can leave us lost and disconnected from ourselves. Trauma, depression, relationship struggles, anxiety, identity shifts and religious deconstruction can leave you feeling isolated, exhausted or unsure which direction to take next.

Desert Oasis Therapy offers individuals, couples, adolescents, and families something different: a calm, welcoming space where you can pause, feel supported and begin creating a future that feels more aligned with who you are.

Individual

At Desert Oasis Therapy, individual sessions are tailored entirely to you. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, beliefs and patterns influencing your life today, while developing practical tools to help you respond differently and move forward with confidence.

Sessions are collaborative, practical and flexible, combining evidence-based approaches with genuine curiosity and respect. The focus isn't on "fixing" you, it's about helping you reconnect with your strengths, build confidence and move towards a future that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship experiences challenges, but conflict doesn't have to create distance. Couples therapy provides a supportive environment where both partners can feel heard, understood and respected while working towards healthier ways of communicating.

Whether you're rebuilding trust, navigating major life changes, struggling with recurring disagreements, or simply feeling disconnected, sessions focus on strengthening your partnership rather than assigning blame. Together, we'll develop healthier communication patterns, improve emotional regulation and create shared goals that support a stronger, more resilient relationship.

Adolescent Therapy

The teenage years bring enormous change. As young people begin discovering who they are, they may also experience anxiety, emotional overwhelm, family conflict, identity questions or difficulties managing relationships and expectations.

Therapy provides adolescents with a supportive environment where they can express themselves openly, develop emotional resilience and gain practical tools for navigating life's challenges. Sessions focus on building confidence, improving communication, managing emotions and helping young people develop a stronger sense of identity, purpose and direction.

Family Therapy

Families are complex systems where every relationship influences another. When one person is struggling, the effects are often felt throughout the entire family.

Family therapy creates a safe space to improve communication, strengthen relationships and break unhelpful generational patterns. We'll explore the dynamics that shape your family, develop healthier ways of responding to conflict and foster greater understanding between parents, children and siblings. The goal is to help every family member feel valued, respected and connected while building a stronger foundation for the future.
